All XK9 products are made to order and fulfilled in the United States.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and confirmed.
Because all products are made to order, cancellations may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not yet available, but we may expand our shipping regions in the future. Any updates will be clearly reflected in this policy and on product pages.
All products are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment partners (such as Printful).
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

All trademarks, graphics, product names, images, videos, and written content displayed through the Services are the property of XK9, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any XK9 content for commercial purposes without written permission.
