Fulfillment & Shipping Coverage

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.
XK9 currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Made-to-Order Production

Every XK9 product is made to order. This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality and reduce waste by producing items only when they are purchased.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Economy Shipping (5–8 Business Days)

• Free for orders of $50.00 USD and up

• $4.90 for orders under 5 lb

• $19.90 for orders 5 lb to 70 lb

Standard Shipping (3–4 Business Days)

• $6.90 for orders under 1 lb

• $9.90 for orders 1 lb to 5 lb

Delivery times are estimates and begin after fulfillment is complete. Shipping speed depends on the method selected and your location within the United States.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. XK9 is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, delayed beyond 14 days, or arrives damaged, please contact crosscanines@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Additional Information

Some items, such as limited edition releases or jerseys, may have extended production windows during high-demand periods. Estimated fulfillment timelines will always be listed on the product page.
