As we close out an exciting season and prepare for the next chapter of competitive Overwatch, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible progress our teams have made and share some exciting announcements for the future of XK9.

From playoff runs to new rosters and partnerships, the organization continues to grow stronger with every season.

Cross Canines Make Their Mark in FACEIT Expert

Our flagship roster, Cross Canines, entered their very first FACEIT Expert season with something to prove…and they delivered.

Finishing the season with an impressive 10-6 record, CC quickly established themselves as a legitimate competitor in one of the toughest amateur environments in Overwatch. Not only did the team qualify for playoffs in their debut season, but they also secured a playoff victory, showing they can compete under pressure against some of the strongest teams in the division.

For a roster entering Expert for the first time, this was a massive achievement and a testament to the hard work, discipline, and commitment shown by every player and staff member involved.

With valuable experience now under their belt, Cross Canines are already preparing for another strong push in FACEIT Season 9, where expectations are higher and the team is hungrier than ever.
